What will you be doing?
What we practise during private sessions depends entirely upon you and your goals. The time we share together will be bespoke to your particular needs.
For example, if you would like to focus on increasing flexibility or strength, our sessions would be focused on developing these qualities. Alternatively if your mind has been racing for months, then our private sessions could be centred around cultivating mental stability through breath work and meditation techniques, from which you can draw strength from off the mat in your daily life.
Where will we practice?
Third Eye are based Aberdeen City so if you live further afield, and would still like to practice in your own home, this can be arranged. Just get in touch and we can discuss availability and pricing.
How will this help me?
Yoga and meditation are tools that we can use to cultivate mental and physical fortitude in the unforgiving face of life’s many challenges. Our minds and our bodies are intimately connected. When we are stressed our shoulders hunch and our backs arch. That sore back your feel may be caused by more than just endless hours at the desk. Perhaps its weakness in your back, or untouched emotional trauma. Yoga gives us a tool set which which we can use to find out whats hurting us and how to heal from it. With our tailor made sessions, along with your dedication we can not only live in a more comfortable body, but also with a quieter more peaceful mind.
How long will the sessions be?
This is up to you. Most of our private students look for 1.5 hour long sessions. However longer or shorter private sessions can be arranged. It is entirely up to you and what you feel you need and are capable of.
